PODCAST
The Master Clinician Project podcast has a singular and specific focus: trying to learn from the best clinicians about how we can all improve our abilities as health care providers. We create a platform for masterful clinicians to shine their light on even more medical trainees and practicing physicians out there, who view clinical excellence as an important career goal.

INSPIRATION
Our 2018 qualitative research study that inspired this channel - An Inquiry into the Early Careers of Master Clinicians - can be found here. As a follow-up to this study, we are now conducting a nationwide study of peer-nominated master clinicians across US academic medical centers.
